How can we help?
Write to support@remolo.app — the developer of Remolo answers in person. Below: how to connect, what to do when something does not work, and how to get a refund.

How to reach us
- Email: support@remolo.app. Include your iPhone or iPad model, the iOS and macOS versions and what happened.
- From the app: shake the phone or open “•••” → “Something wrong?”. No name needed, technical details are added for you, and the reply arrives under “My reports”. Every bug we confirm and reproduce earns a code for a month of Remolo Pro (up to 6 a year).
- Most answers are in the help and in the Guide inside the app.
How to pair an iPhone or iPad with a Mac
- Download and install Remolo Helper on the Mac (macOS 15 or later) and launch it — an icon appears in the menu bar.
- Give the Helper Accessibility: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. Without it the Mac cannot take cursor movement and keys.
- Open Remolo on the iPhone or iPad and allow Local Network access when iOS asks.
- Choose your Mac in the list and enter the six digits from its screen, or scan the QR code. Each device needs this only once.
- Mac not nearby? In the Remolo Helper menu click “iPhone not nearby” and open the one-time link on the iPhone.
The step-by-step guide is on the Get started page.
The phone does not see the Mac
- Is the Helper running? The Remolo icon should be in the Mac’s menu bar. If not, open Remolo Helper from Applications. To have it start by itself, turn on “Open at login” in its settings.
- Local Network on iPhone. Settings → Remolo → Local Network must be on.
- Network. One Wi‑Fi network is best. No shared network (a hotel, a conference)? Turn on Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth on both devices and Remolo connects directly. A VPN on the phone or Mac can get in the way — try without it.
- Firewall on the Mac. System Settings → Network → Firewall → Options: allow incoming connections for Remolo Helper.
- Pause. If pause is on in the Helper menu, the phone shows “Mac is paused”. Click pause again.
- Away from home. Connecting over the internet works with Remolo Pro when “Control this Mac from anywhere” is on on the Mac (🌐 in the menu). The Mac must be awake and online — “Mac always ready to connect” helps. A closed laptop lid or a dead battery still puts it to sleep.
- Connected, but the cursor does not move. Check the Accessibility permission for Remolo Helper; if it is already on, turn it off and on again.
Still stuck? Write to support@remolo.app or use “Something wrong?” in the app.
Subscriptions and refunds
- Remolo Pro is sold through the App Store: $2.99 a month or $14.99 a year. The yearly plan starts with 7 free days.
- Cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Remolo. Access stays until the end of the paid period. To avoid paying for the yearly plan, cancel at least 24 hours before the free week ends.
- Refunds: Apple handles payments, so it handles refunds too. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find Remolo and choose “Request a refund”. We cannot see payments or issue refunds ourselves, but we are happy to help if something is unclear.
- Restore a purchase on a new phone: open any Pro feature and tap “Restore purchases”.
